How to cancel your Nix It subscription.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your Nix It subscription at any time. To cancel:

  1. Visit the billing portal
  2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription
  3. You'll receive a magic link to access the Lemon Squeezy customer portal
  4. From the customer portal, select Cancel Subscription
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

After Cancellation

Once your subscription ends:

  • You will no longer have access to the Nix It app
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe
  • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted

Resubscribing

If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time by signing back into the app and selecting a plan. If you resubscribe within 30 days, your previous data will be restored.
